All returns must be pre-authorized. DP Supply, Inc. will accept most merchandise if returned within 30 days of original invoice date. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
We will not accept returns on seasonal items, party supplies, food, or food service disposable items (per mandates of the Illinois government).
We do not accept returns via COD or any other collection method. COD packages will be refused.
Packages that do not include our Return Authorization number will result in refusal of acceptance, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Packages that are returned to sender due to no return authorization will result in shipping charges being billed back to the sender’s account. To receive your RA #, please call (217) 442-0851 and ask for assistance. Our office hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am – 12:00 noon Saturday (CST).
